About the Role
Workplace: Tbilisi;
Type of employment: full time;
Working hours: Monday-Friday (10:00-19:00)
trial period: 1 month;
Subject: Director of Research;
Salary: 2000 - 2500₾ (depending on the candidate's qualifications);
Requirements
Main responsibilities:
Thorough study of research products and methods
Planning and managing research projects, from customer objectives/tasks to presentation of research results;
Active communication with the customer and company employees during the project
developing, adjusting, piloting and finalizing the survey instrument;
Preparation of research reports (technical/descriptive/analytical) in Georgian/English languages;
Minimum requirements:
high education;
It is necessary to have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the field of research or in a similar position (project manager);
Experience working with foreign clients/partners is desirable;
Knowledge of the specifics of preparing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies;
Foreign languages: English – C1 (writing and speaking), Russian – communication level;
Good knowledge of basic MS Office programs;
