About the Role

Who can be an operator:
The operator collects information through a pre-prepared questionnaire. They conduct survey through calls.
If you like talking to people and hearing different opinions, this job is perfect for you.
The interviewer is confident that he can call an unknown people, has good communication skills and the ability to write down information correctly.

Operator job description:
1. The operator attends a training, where he is informed about the goals of a specific research project, receives instructions on which segment the interview will be conducted, and learns the principle of filling out the questionnaire.
2. The operator makes calls using IPM special software.
3. The operator explains to the potential respondent the objectives of the research and what the data will be used for.
4. The operator asks the respondent questions from the questionnaire and fills in the answers in the questionnaire.
5. The operator conducts the number of interviews agreed with the research organization on time.

Remuneration is determined according to the volume of work performed. The average salary of an interviewer is 40 GEL per day.

Work schedule: part-time, working hours - unspecified, including evenings and non-working days.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Higher or secondary education is preferred

  • Ability to speak and write fluently in Georgian
